Glenn Martens Is Leaving Diesel After Six Years

Glenn Martens is closing one major chapter of his career.

After six years as creative director of Diesel, Martens will leave the brand following its Spring 2027 show in Milan. Since taking over in 2020, he helped push Diesel back into the center of fashion through experimental denim, provocative runway concepts, and a stronger connection to younger audiences.

Martens is not leaving OTB Group. He will continue as creative director of Maison Margiela, where he has served since 2025. Diesel has not yet announced who will replace him.
