America Marks 25 Years Since the September 11 Attacks

Twenty-five years after September 11, the United States is again pausing to remember the lives lost and the lasting impact of the attacks.

Memorial ceremonies are being held at Ground Zero, the Pentagon, and Shanksville, with moments of silence marking the crashes and the collapse of the World Trade Center towers. Families of victims are also continuing the annual reading of names in New York.
